### Appart Aix Mazarin 3 stars - Air-conditioned T2 apartment - Historical center

Charming furnished apartment with air conditioning in each room (T2 of 41 m²) classified 3 stars, completely renovated and equipped, on the second floor of a private two-story building in a quiet and sunny area in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.  
  
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity on foot of the Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, the Fontaine des Quatre Dauphins, the Caumont Art Center, the Saint Jean de Malte church and the shops and restaurants of Rue d'Italie.  
  
You will benefit from a living-dining room with a Smart TV, DVD player, Hifi system, a fully equipped kitchen, an independent bedroom (double bed 160 x 200), bright with dressing room-wardrobe and an office.  
  
The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage unit, hair dryer and towel dryer.  
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.  
  
SERVICES and BENEFITS OFFERED:  
\- Rate offered per night for two people (any additional person will be charged).  
  
\- Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge for the use of the baby bed.  
Provision of a baby bed, high chair, bathtub.  
  
\- Wi-Fi is available throughout the establishment free of charge.  
  
\- Household linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, bath sheets and towels, bath mat, guest towel, table napkins, tea towels, etc.).  
  
(For a request to use the sofa bed as a second bed when booking for two people, a fee of €50 for the duration of the stay will be requested for the laundry supplement)

#### Another great stay in Aix

My husband and I have stayed at this apartment twice. It is in a great location, just a very short walk from Cours Maribou, but also quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we co.e to Aix.

#### Very comfortable apartment with excellent location

This clean, modern and fully equipped one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located a short walk from the Cours Mirabeau. The apartment is located on the second floor and overlooks a pedestrian street on the front and the bedroom overlooks a quiet garden in the back. We found it comfortable and well located for restaurants, boulangerie and supermarket.
