The great advantage of this villa is that it is located in a quiet area (dead end at the start of a forest path), on a plot of 5000m2, which guarantees privacy, in a Provençal village. Its location is central for visiting the region: on the edge of the Var, close to tourist attractions (Sainte Croix lake, Sainte Baume, Baux de Provence ...) and 25 minutes from the sea and beaches.  
  
In the heart of Provence, in the Pays d'Aix so dear to Cézanne, 25 minutes from Marseille, 25 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Aix en Provence and on the edge of the Var, this 200m² villa is undoubtedly intended for lovers of nature in search of absolute rest: the 5000m² natural land is located at the foot of hiking trails and at the edge of the forest.  
  
The villa therefore has a central and quiet location, to facilitate your visits to Provence and the French Riviera.  
  
 With its secure swimming pool of 14 \* 5m with a 'beach' ideal for the little ones (who have a foothold on this part) or for the relaxation of the big ones, and its 150m² terrace, you can lounge on the deckchairs in the sun and the song of the cicadas. The water is treated with salt, and therefore benefits from an automatic regulation system, non-aggressive for the skin.  
  
 The villa was renovated in 2018, and has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large 80 m² living room-kitchen area, two bathrooms, 3 toilets, and is surrounded by terraces.  
It has two large patio doors (full opening to the outside), which will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors, while being in the villa.  
  
Children can enjoy a large trampoline with nets in the garden and some children's games.  
  
Sainte Victoire mountain a few kilometers away, and close to Sainte Beaume.  
  
 Particular attention is paid to cleanliness, and our villa has been recently renovated.  
  
Weekly and outgoing cleaning and swimming pool specialist.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Nous étions 4 adultes et 6 enfants. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et de bon conseil. Villa au calme avec de belles prestations, piscine de belle taille. Villa à recommander pour des vacances reposantes!

#### Suberbe villa au calme et très belle piscine !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa et avons été ravis de notre séjour. La villa est grande, fonctionnelle, un grand séjour, une cuisine très bien équipée ! La piscine est parfaite pour les petits et les grands avec la partie plage où on peut se prélasser au soleil en étant dans l'eau ou pour les petits, pour se baigner à une hauteur adaptée à eux. La villa est placée dans une zone naturelle tout en étant proche du village, et garantit le calme sans vis à vis. C'est sûr nous reviendrons ! Sophie R & amis

#### we loved our stay !!!

We are a party of two Families with each five people and we rented this house in the period July 2014, for two weeks. The house has all the luxury you can think of and was very clean, a great living room, nice kitchen with all the kitchen gear you love to have if you enjoy cooking. The bedrooms where nice and clean and the 2 bathrooms where perfect for our party of 10 people. The living room is very big, so when the weather is not so good there is a possibility you could go inside and have a great time there. For the kids there was a lot to do, the property is so big they had there own football field and next to that enough space to do other activities, like table tennis or jump on the Trampoline There is, when the weather is not so nice a wide screen television in the living room and enough movies to fill these rare bad weather moments. The total property has a fence with a gate which can be opened and closed with a remote control. The pool is just perfect, near by the house and has all the luxury you need in your vacation, enough beds, and parasols to have a great time at the pool. The village and stores are by car only 5 till 10 minutes away, and there are in the area enough stores to choose from. We want to thank Emanuelle Machao and here husband for a lovely vacation and a great time. Familie Mieras & van der Eijkel
