Just 150 meters from the Rotonde with food shops in the street, Large fully equipped, bright Studio of 24 m2, 3.60 high ceilings, 2 beautiful windows overlooking the street.  
Beautiful kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, TV, wifi.  
Completely new studio built in 2021\. Sleeping on the mezzanine with access via a staircase.  
This studio is not suitable for elderly people or those with physical problems.  
This studio can be rented with the Dvine Idylle apartment on the same floor. See Divine Idylle advert   
Ideal for a young couple, an au pair, a nanny or a bodyguard, rented with Divine idylle it is a property with a capacity of between 9 and 12 people
