Une ARNAQUE !Je n’ai pas pu accéder à l’appartement. L’hôte m’a refusé l’accès. J’ai essayé de contacter l’hôte par mail (depuis le site ABRITEL), puis téléphone et ensuite par SMS _ sans succès.J’ai contacté la plateforme ABRITEL qui a eu l’hôte. L’hôte a expliqué à la plateforme qu’il refuse l’accès pour la raison que je ne suis pas arrivée à l’heure. Je suis arrivé à 18h30.3 nuits payés et pas de remboursement de l'hôte ou de la plateforme. J'ai dû trouver un autre hôtel.L'hôte est un voleur. Et le site d'aucune utilité sur ce cas.
