Exceptional in the city center of Aix en Provence and 5 minutes walk from Cours Mirabeau.  
Large luxury air-conditioned apartment completely renovated including 3 large bedrooms of 22 m2, terrace of 130m2 with jacuzzi, bar, summer kitchen with BBQ, plancha, pizza oven, ice maker, veranda, outdoor toilet, not overlooked .  
Possibility of renting an independent air-conditioned studio of 24 M2 with sleeping on the mezzanine and sofa bed adjoining the apartment but with its own entrance, its kitchen, its bathroom, its lounge area with TV and convertible sofa.  
Ideal studio for a young adult couple, an au pair, a nanny or a bodyguard. see announcement la divinita.  
Please note sleeping on the mezzanine is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with disabilities.  
Sleeps max 3 people in the Divinita studio.  
With the studio, it is a property that can accommodate between 8 and 12 people with children and babies.

Excellent stay and beautiful property. Thanks to Sophie and Gauthier for making our stay go smoothly. The patio was an amazing feature to have, especially since you can go to the nearby markets and stores and bring back all kinds of Provençal goods and drinks.
