T3 60m2 apartment, crossing, bright with terrace, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Fully renovated in 2015.
Ideally located in the center of Aix en Provence, in a particularly quiet street, it will be your foot perfect for exploring on foot the town, fountains, markets and theaters.
The apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dvd flat screen TV, a table for 6 people, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge , freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle),
Two large independent bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190) and spacious wardrobes, offices and a bathroom with large shower, sink and separate toilet. For your convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine.
WIFI broadband is available.
The Cours Mirabeau is 2 minutes walk, 2 minutes walk from the Grand Theatre de Provence, 2 minutes walk from the train station Aix city center, 2 minutes walk from the bus station.
Sainte Victoire mountain 10 minutes drive, beaches 30 minutes by car. Regular shuttles throughout the day serving the Aix-TGV station and airport of Marseille-Provence.

Great, spacious, bright apartment

There are windows on both sides of the place which provide good light and air circulation. The A/C is great. The clothes washer is fine and there is space on one of the two balconies for the drying rack. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s a big supermarket right downstairs. Checking in and out was a breeze and the manager very helpful. I was very happy there and can recommend it highly.

Would stay here again

Everything from the booking to checking out went pretty smoothly. Karine is friendly, very nice and accommodating. The apartment itself is clean, ample size to move around for a family of 5, and it is right in the center of Aix but not in a very busy area. Every room has AC, which was a great relief from a 90-degree weather. As it is in the city center, we have to pay for parking (Parking Rotonde) during the duration of our stay, which is not that bad. I am glad to to have found this place and plan to stay here again in the future.
