It is ideally located for exploring the city and the region. It includes all the comforts of a modern flat: living-dining room with Smart TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. A functional kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and cooking utensils. The separate bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190) with built-in wardrobe and direct access to a private terrace with garden table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, vanity unit, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. \- Price per night for two people (any additional person will be charged). \- Bed made up on arrival. \-Free baby kit available on request for children up to 2 years old. \- All linen provided. (If the sofa bed is used as a second bed when booking for two people, a supplement of €50 will be charged for laundry). Sheets can be changed during your stay at an additional cost. \- Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the establishment free of charge. \- At your disposal: soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen utensils (coffee capsules, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper). \- On request: breakfast service available at €12 per person per day. \- To organise your transport by train or plane, we can meet you at Aix-TGV SNCF station (€50) or Marseille-Provence airport (€65).
