Room and location were great, staff was really attentive and helpful with everything.
Breakfast was the only disappointment. I feel they were trying to over do somethings. Everything was either sauced up of full of spice, wish I could have enjoy some simple scrambled eggs. Lack of fruit & Juice was powdered with water and jam was terrible. We ended up buying breakfast elsewhere

Scam don’t book
This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020

We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude ...
