Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a Doubletree by Hilton
"The room was not clean when we checked in. There was unknown fluid on the table. Sink in the restroom was not cleaned either. There has been no A/C for two days. And there was no resolution from the staff. We have to sleep when the room was >80F. Overall, the experience was terrible"

It's classic old school ceiling fan and air vents rather than AC. There is occassion airport noise. Hilos airport is close ..."
