Outdoor parking in front of the house for 2 cars. Closed room shared with the owners for storing bikes and skis. Garage exclusively for the owners. At the top of the village of Granier, a typical village on the Versant du Soleil, this detached house is located below the owners' house, boasting a large terrace and balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains. This cottage combines charm, modernity, and personalized, carefully designed decor. All shops and services are accessible year-round in Aime. Ideally located on the Versant du Soleil, at the gateway to the Beaufortain massif, this charming mountain village welcomes you in an authentic and preserved setting, close to large ski areas. Easily reach La Plagne via Montalbert (17 km) or La Roche (19 km), or take the Bourg St Maurice funicular to reach Les Arcs (17 km). Cross-country skiing, snowshoe trails in Granier, 1.5 km away. In summer, the setting transforms into a hiker's paradise: explore the trails of Cormet d'Arêches above Granier or discover the hikes and high-altitude lakes of the Vanoise National Park, from the Rosuel valley to Peisey-Nancroix.
