On generous 80 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 extra beds, a cozy living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all cooking utensils. The apartment is furnished in an alpine style with lots of wood and has been supplemented with modern furniture. This creates a level of comfort in which you will immediately feel comfortable. For your comfort, there are 2 bathrooms with a shower and each has a toilet. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet location with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Restaurants, shops, and the recreational lake are within walking distance and many of the region's attractions are within a few kilometers. The property has a private swimming pool where you can cool off after an eventful day. The accommodation offers a car parking space, WiFi, and satellite TV. If you don't feel like cooking yourself during your stay with us, you can book breakfast or half-board in our guesthouse in the immediate vicinity. Whether in summer, autumn, or winter, the Schladming-Dachstein region is one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Austria. The region is characterized by untouched nature, family attractions, and one of the largest ski areas. Summer and autumn are the best times for hiking, cycling, and exploring the numerous attractions such as the summer toboggan run, the Dachstein glacier at almost 3000m, or the refreshing mountain lakes. With the 4 mountains ski circuit, your winter holiday will be a perfect experience on the slopes. The Schladminger 4-mountain ski area connects the four largest Styrian ski mountains: Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm. Altogether, this results in 123 km of perfectly groomed pistes. A dream for all winter sports enthusiasts.
