Experience the tranquility of a private retreat nestled in a robust fifth wheel with stunning mountain views. This RV offers all the comforts of home, including a full-sized residential refrigerator, reliable WiFi, efficient air conditioning and heating, and a comfortable king-size bed. Step outside to your private hot tub and enjoy the outdoor seating with a table and chairs. We provide a starter supply of coffee and tea to enhance your stay. \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2\. \*Please do not try to open locked doors or wander into patios belonging to other units on the property. \* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. Pet Rules: \*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time \*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. \* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit. \*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. \*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found \*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times \*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed We are available to assist you during your stay and are very responsive to messages. For urgent matters, we live nearby and are available in person. This is a quiet rural neighborhood. Please do not wonder into the yards of the neighbors. It is beautiful to walk on the country roads but do not trespass on neighbors property. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. Close to many attractions and towns. Closest restaurant is about 5 min and then Oakhurst the bigger town is about 10-15 min and Yosemite is about 2h, but the drive there is beautiful. We went to the El Portal side, not through the valley. Great place for out pups too, but you can’t leave them unattended, which will limit your park access. You can only go to the floor with dogs, many trails won’t let you take them. For dogs, there is only a small driveway for them to walk, but the property is tucked back away from the road. We had to take our dogs on little local hikes for walks because there isn’t a good area to walk them at the property. Good news is Oakhurst is suuuper dog friendly so they didn’t limit where we could go in a noticeable way. Parking is very easy and the outdoor area with a grill and hot tub is nice. We skipped using the string lights because the stars were so pretty. Inside was clean and pretty with good wifi and a TV. The stove and oven and inaccessible to guests. Only can use microwave or grill. Overall a cute place for the price! Prices near yosemite have gone up quite a bit recently, so this was a good budget stay for us :) ##### Jenna R.
