Experience a cozy studio apartment in Ahwahnee, California, featuring a full bathroom and a private patio complete with a relaxing hot tub. The apartment offers a functional kitchen equipped with a microwave and a two-burner cook plate (no oven), perfect for preparing simple meals. Enjoy complimentary starter coffee and tea to enhance your stay. \*Driveway/Parking area is shared with another unit, no other space is shared \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2\. \*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units on the property. \* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time We are always quick to respond to messages. We live nearby and are available in person if there are any urgent issues. This is a quiet, rural residential neighborhood. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. PLEASE NOTE: If checking out on any of the following holidays: Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Years Eve New Years Day You will receive a fee request after booking to cover additional housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays. PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly. After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing. Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. My partner and I unfortunately only had the pleasure of staying one night at this location, but it was so wonderful, we would honestly make a trip back out to the area, just to stay in this VRBO. It was so cute, so clean, and so well done. Everything about it was perfect. From the fresh flowers they had waiting for us when we came in, to the check in and check out instructions. The bathroom was lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts seemed like great people as well. I have stayed at quite a few vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The best part was all of the cow content - we loved the cow theme!
