Ubicación buena ya que es céntrico pero acceso muy difícil hasta el apartamento, ya que son calles sin salida y estrechas, tienes que llegar desde la principal andando y el acceso tiene muchas escaleras. No puedes llegar en coche hasta la misma puerta. Limpieza regular, menaje de cocina escaso y muy viejo, baño con malos olores.
