I hate to bash hardworking staff but..We never had sufficient toilet tissue or towels. 3 adults were registered, we only had 2 towels. When I requested more toilet tissue, the desk promised to send it but never did. After requesting a room refresh we ended up with no TP. We bought it ourselves. The desk staff wasn't the friendliest. The cafeteria people were lovely and we enjoyed the pool.

We stayed at a "glamping" tent. The tent and the view were nice. The communal bathroom was a hike and felt like a kids camp shower. Not glamping and definitely not nice. The tent was really noisy when the wind picked up and at night we could hear the highway and the party at the event space across the highway. We will not be staying there again.

"This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express we've stayed at in many years of travel. The only thing that wasn't really nice was the need to replace the carpet in the elevators.
