The beach and location are awesome and the room was nice except for security on sliders in balcony was not there one locked and the other side did not. Also there were many bugs in the room especially these little ones that bite. Had to go to store and buy bug spray and spray entire room. Also there was no hotwater and when we told the front desk they didn't do anything this was room 34. Otherwise a nice facility.

Just an FYI "kitchenette" means only a frig and microwave. No way to cook any meals yourself. Would of enjoyed screens on the windows, would of enjoyed the breeze and listen to the ocean. Overall, loved this place and would definitely visit again.

Location is perfect ! The hotel has everything you need ! The beach was awesome Please fix the dead latch it was super difficult to open the door room 202 please

Beautiful setting, sunset on the beach, swim up bar, all good things. Weird there wasn’t hot water in our shower, or the bathroom light timer that plunged you into darkness literally every 3 minutes (weird choice). Awesome to have the beach right there. Bed was super comfy. All in all good!

The property is very nice, we got an ocean view room and it was definitely worth it! Only wish the hotel room had a microwave but other than that, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was a prime location and it was quiet and relaxing! I thought from some of the reviews that it may be in need of some updates or repairs- but no. It is an aging beauty of a hotel that has been well kept up. It retains a retro-charm while staying up to date in the rooms/decor. The proximity to town was fun and the beach was perfect. Make sure you get the tostones at the bar. We would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping did an amazing job at keeping the room clean. Always restocked everything. Aaron at the bar was friendly and inviting. Food was good and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel could be a top notch resort with a few activities and small upgrades. A lot of underutilized space.

This property is definitely a 3 star hotel but it’s clean, close to surf areas, it has a really great restaurant on premises that we ate at multiple times. Good food and well priced. The pool is a pretty view but close up look like it needs a good cleaning.

Good place to stay. However restaurant was closed but front desk staff made some excellent restaurant recommendations. Food could supposedly be obtained from the pool bar. Walls can be a bit thin as noise can be heard from the next room if there is a door between the rooms.
