"El apartamento estaba genial. Todo limpio, bien equipado. Dos terrazas estupendas, menaje, tv con chromecast, juegos y la piscina al lado mismo del apartamento. Lo que menos nos gustó es que hubiera que coger el coche para ir a la playa o a la zona comercial. Alrededor todo eran más casas. "

"We had an amazing 4-week stay at this property. It’s super comfortable and well-equipped, and the views are breathtaking.Azita is the best host ever ! "

"First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats...

"We arrived at the house for check in and we discovered a very dirty house. When we booked the house, an amount of 200 was listed for cleaning fee so it was a surprise when we saw the state of the house upon arrival. We would be using the down floor as we were 10 and we had to end up carrying the mattresses upstairs and wash the bed sheets in order to be able to sleep due to the horrible smell. There were bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Even with the doors closed at all times, they would just...

"A great house on a perfect location just outside the centre of Santa Pola. The house was very clean and we enjoyed every moment. Contact with the owner of the property was easy and quick. For us the beds are a little too firm but we would definitely book again!!"

"Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser...

"This Villa is situated at the top of a Very steep hill, so steep 4 out of 5 taxis would not take us up there and no taxis would come to pick us up. The brochure says it is a 5 minute walk to the beach it does not say it is a nightmare climb on return! No one we spoke to ever walks up that hill and my wife certainly couldn't. It also does not say on any review that it is right in front of a (Major) construction site and it has been there for over 2 years. This construction starts at 07 40 in the...

"Had a great time here, very quiet area away from the city which is a plus and minus as the taxis in the area where very unreliable. But regardless the place was great for a getaway, chilled by the pool most days and just enjoyed the sun. Would go back!"
