    Seachange Loft holiday home is affordable, and in a convenient location - This popular beach house is located in the heart of Agnes Water on Graham Colyer Drive. Ideally situated just 300 metres from Agnes Water main beach, seconds from popular restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets, only 5 km from the historic Town of 1770, and being at the gateway to the Southern Barrier Reef, it is the perfect choice for your beach holiday accommodation. Park the car and walk to all amenities. The property has ample room to park a few boats, and the boat ramp is only 5km to 1770.

Lots of beds! Large BBQ! Right next to few shops in town and coffee shops. Not overly close to beach. NO air conditioning. Older house with creaky fans but nicely decorated.

Absolutely perfect in all ways!

We will be back, year after year to this amazing property. The location was incredible. The home was so lovely and we were all really comfortable and felt like it was a beautiful home away from home. Lovely furniture, it had everything we needed for a relaxed family holiday with friends. The deck was one of our favourite parts and we spent a lot of time out there just chilling and spending quality time with our families.

We have been staying at Seachange Loft for 15 plus years for our annual fishing holiday. The house is open plan and roomy and always a pleasure to stay in. The extra space for a couple of boats is a big plus as well. It is a shame it is booked out for most of next year as trying to find a similar property with all the features will not be easy.
