"I believe that the place could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I was unaware that there was an alternative pool available, as no one had informed me that the pool adjacent to my studio was undergoing renovations. The check-in process was somewhat impolite. Additionally, I believe that essential amenities could have been provided, such as a tea towel in the kitchen, a proper knife, some toiletries. The air conditioning in the living area was not functioning. The location appears to be rougher than anticipated. Additionally, there was a letter stating that the current owner has been served with notice from an actual owner, and that all guests should refrain from making any further payments to them."

"We loved every part of our stay at the Elysium. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, the breakfast, dining options to the pools, spa and wonderfully helpful staff was just spot on. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend highly enough. 30 minutes before my departure, I realised I had lost a pendant. We couldn’t find it immediately but on my return home I received an email to say it had been found and would be posted to me. The hotel went above and beyond, I’m extremely grateful and will be back for sure!"

"This property was really nice, and the room has a balcony. There are bus stops close by, and the property is located within walking distance to everything you need. There is a 24 hour bakery/shop next to the property. The staff were wonderful. I was able to get late check out for a fee, this is not always available, it really depends on the availability of the rooms. There are two beautiful pools. I cannot comment on the restaurant because I did not eat there. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I will be booking again in the future."

"The apartment is very tired. Furniture is flimsy, mattress is to soft, bed squeaks, cheap pillows. The wind whistles through the door. Black mould in bathroom. Towels are old. Lifts need serviced. Apartment needs painted. The water tap makes a banging noise every time you use the bathroom. Basically it needs a full refit, this is not a 4 star apartment. The only good thing was the energy of the front reception, it’s a shame the apartment doesn’t reflect his enthusiasm. I can’t imagine using this facility again. "
