Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "

The biggest drawback was, although they have a no smoking policy, the staff do not police the rooms, even when informed that people are smoking in the rooms. "
