"This place was absolutely breathtaking! The entire apartment and the pool was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. "

"Absolutely phenomenal! Gorgeous apartment, perfect location close to everything. The hot tub was divine. The hostess was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We were very grateful for complimentary luggage storage in the building locker on our last day. The shower is luxurious although the water pressure is on the lower side, just as an FYI in case that’s a big issue for someone. But it was no biggie when the place was so comfortable and amazing!!!! Highly recommend, such a treat to...

"Clear communication, quick response! Very good location and clean room."

"Lovely apartment, basic but had everything we needed. Good location, with multiple beaches within 10 minute walk. "

"Bien situé pour l’avion le lendemain La propriétaire nous a appelé un taxi pour 4h45 Chambre propre Boulangerie à côté pour une petite salade le soir Et plusieurs restaurants autour"

"Wir haben zwei Zimmer (eines für unsere Tochter) in den Bali Suites gebucht. Optisch modern, zeigt der Alltag aber deutliche Schwächen. "Lovely apartments with an ideal central location. Staff were very helpful and polite, would book again. "

"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

"Friendly staff and great location. "

"Amazing value for money and very friendly service. Very well kept and clean rooms."

"Best deal & beautiful views from my sea view room"

"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. It was also relatively near a Lidl and a number of different...
