The latest addition to our ultra-luxurious villas, recognized as such in Djerba, chic and modern (2025), spanning 160 m² for 6 people in a lush 1,500 m² garden, beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed, and illuminated at night by solar and LED lamps with no overlooking neighbors.  
  
The villa features an infinity pool (11x6m) with a shaded terrace for dining by the water, as well as a semi-sunken lounge with an outdoor television, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There are also outdoor showers and toilets.  
  
It includes two master suites with a large 180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet, along with a bedroom with two 120 cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
  
You will find a stunning living and dining area with an open, ultra-modern, and fully equipped kitchen.  
  
There are two terraces with tables for family or friends' meals. Indoor parking is available for 2 cars with an automatic gate.
