We like Anemon as reliably comfortable. breakfasts in Afyon could,perhaps, be scaled back with the thought of improving the quality of bread and borekler, etc. otherwise staff is friendly and helpful. Would be nice if air conditioning worked, however. The person who cleaned our room )278) was excellent.

This hotel is in the middle of the west turkey and has everything in it from gym pool spa to restaurant. Room is very nice and staffs are friendly too.

New Hotel not on GPS
Great hotel after we located it. Used "lodging" and found another hotel with same street name. Hotel was modern with high ceilings and inviting reception area. The hallways were not lit (dark) but had back lighting from the room #'s. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Worst Front Desk Service Ever
We stayed here for two days and except for the restaurant and the nice staff there, the service from the front desk put a damper on everything. From the moment we arrived to a grumpy man at the desk who sent us to a small double room instead of the Junior Suite that we had booked and when we insisted on our suite, as we had already paid for it, he was very unpleasant but complied. Then the new door card didn't work---but no apology. I had a shower but the drain was blocked and the entire bathroom flooded. Repeated calls to the front desk for a plumber got no where---it was the cleaning staff the NEXT day who unblocked it, meanwhile we had to have a towel on the floor at the door to dry our feet. When we went to check out the same unpleasant man insisted that we hadn't paid yet, although we had the confirmation payment receipt from Hotel.Com to prove it. It took 40 minutes to sort it out, after intervention from the General manager, which made us late starting our next leg of the trip. We never at any time received an apology for anything. This could be a beautiful hotel if the management was improved.

No Air Conditioning
Overall the hotel was positively impressive, however, the fact that the hotel advertised in room air conditioning, and it did not work in both of the rooms we paid for. When we went to the staff to Inquire about the A/C we were assured that it would be turned on at 9 pm. Well it never came on so we could only sleep with an open window which was less than comfortable. Totally foolish of the hotel to ruin a guests stay with such negligence. On a positive note the included breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the cleanliness of the facilities. Anemon clearly does not cater to non-Turkish clients - or maybe the reasonabless of the cost of the hotel room is because the A/C is never functional.

Location good and easy to find.rooms comfortable but had to request towels, robes etc. Insufficient tea/coffe and none given when requested. No signage for emergency exits.staff were not helpful. Service mediocre, cofee from bar stone cold took 20mins for replacement to arrive. Overal disapointing

Nice place but uninviting
It was a nice hotel, but it was the most unfriendly place we stayed in two weeks of travel in Turkey. I think we were probably given the worst room in the hotel. The remote for the tv didn't work. The bathroom was an odd open concept, with the toilet and shower in stalls like a public bathroom. We felt uncomfortable in any public areas, like we were not welcome there. The beds were also particularly hard.

Perfect stay
We use to stay in Anemon hotel Afyon in the last 4 years and it's improving.It's very convenient located on the road and easy to find, quiet with relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are modern and very clean. The spa centre with warm thermal water is very nice. Great breakfast, polite and helpful staff. We're looking forward to come again.

A modern hotel with thermal pools and facilities
I arranged a stay with my family and kids via expedia. It was a risk to book a hotel because there were many 5 star hotels in Afyon I used to stay. But I took the risk and at the end the hotel was better than ~ expected. Food was fantastic as always so in Afyon 5 star hootels. Reception room service and restaurant staff were so nice and sincere. Spa and thermal facilities were so good and modern. I recommend people with families and also business people because the hotel on the main route from ankara to izmir.

Excellent spa & hotel facilities; poor internet
The location is on the main highway, so no need to scramble through the city. Excellent sauna, hamam, Turkish steam bath, and other pools and facilities. The pianist who appeared for about 30 minutes at breakfast could have stayed longer: excellent replacement for the repeating "elevator music" normally featured. If you are tired of kababs, the restaurant offers an excellent buffet or a la carte at reasonable prices. First rate service and an Easter Island (Rapanui) moai (ancestor figure) prominent in the lobby. Plenty of parking for the road traveller. Only complaint: the Internet never worked in our room, but you can use it in the lobby, dining room or business centre.

Hotel Ausstattung ist sehr alt die matratze sind kapput Toiletten stiken und schmelt in jede ecke das zimmer stinkt auch, aus der lüftüng kommt parfüm geruch damit wird der getankt überdeckt, ich würde das Hotel niemanden empfehlen.

Das Hotel bietet einen großen Wellnessbereich an. Sauna hatte die übliche Sauna Hitze nicht . Das Essen war sehr gut . Das Zimmer so lala , die Duschen hatten Schimmelecken.

Zengin yemek ve tatlı menüsü olan otel
Otelin yemekleri,kahvaltısı gerçekten çok güzel. Özellikle akşam yemeğinde gördüğüm tatlılar beni çok şaşırttı zira aklınıza gelecek her tatlı çeşidi vardı.Ben bu kadar çok zengin bir tatlı menüsü görmedim hiçbir otelde.Kahvaltısı da güzel ve zengindi.Beni rahatsız eden tek şey,odamda banyoda su akmadı,duş başlığını değiştirmeleri gerekti.Ayrıca yerler tuvalet vs ıslaktı.Uyardık,pas pas yapıldı tekrar.Minibar boştu. Havuz güzel,büyük bğendim.

Suitable just for short business trips
The hotel is just for Turkish. Staff don’t speak English. Luckily I speak Turkish. The food is bad. Spa zone is good, but there’s no massage menu. The hotel is more suitable for business trips 1-3 days than for real relax. No shops near the hotel. Be ready to starve. The rooms are warm, but not very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re Turkish and go to Afyon on business for a short stay.
