I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Location is the best. Also the breakfast which is included is one of the best I had in a hotel in a long time. Just too good!

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
