"The property location is absolutely fantastic. Wonderful caldera sunsets. We had pool level room so basically step out your room to the lovely sun loungers and plunge pool. Staff really helpful. Basic breakfast, large portions. Things that would elevate this property further are aesthetics, dressing gowns for room, pool towels were threadbare, no cover on the duvet and it was very worn, shower was quite rusted, window double glaze full moisture and curtain hanging off. All minor but would just enhance the experience further."

"This hotel is amazing! 5 different restaurants .. excellent food. Lovely beach, several pools. Can’t praise it too highly. The only problem is getting lost on the site as it’s spread out!"

"Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Pyrgos such a wonderful retreat from the crowds of Fera and Oia. Denise on the front desk is a joy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff are also wonderful. Highly recommended"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"
