"The customer service was top tier. This was the first time we received a call from reception after getting into our room, to check on us and make sure we were happy with the room. I don’t know if it’s a Cold Lake thing but based on that alone, we’ll be back. Breakfast was good and the customer service there as well was great. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were very clean."

"My room this stay was great. Clean and comfortable with everything working as it should. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Did have one concern my first morning there had housekeeping knock on my for at eight in the morning. Was not expecting to be awakened by that. Asked housekeeping to come back in one hour. That was my only complaint on my stay. Maybe have housekeeping come after nine in the morning especially when it’s a room with guests staying more than the one night."
