"The experience was overall average. The room was generally clean and the location was convenient, but there were a few issues that stood out. The ironing board in my room was broken, and I left a note for the cleaning staff to make them aware of it. The front desk staff were polite enough, but they did not seem especially well trained and appeared to have limited resources available to help guests efficiently. Nothing during the stay was terrible, but nothing really stood out as exceptional either. With some improvements to maintenance and staff support, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"They need to get the elevator fixed. One has been out of service for a long time causing many delays. Also I got a handicapped room for some reason. I did not request one. Shower was difficult to use and bathroom set up was not arranged conveniently. I was told it’s what was indicated on my reservation. Don’t know how that got there."

"I love this hotel! I always stay here when I come into town. The staff is great, and the included breakfast is even better. My room is always clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low this visit. I’m not sure if it was just the shower spout in this room, or if the water pressure throughout the entire hotel is reduced. But this was still a pleasant visit."

"The property was lovely. Rooms are huge and delicious breakfast for the entire stay. Valet parking in and out all day. Would definitely be my place when visiting the area."

"no valet staff to park cars and a 25/day charge to self park/ front desk did not inform about any "extras" that might be available and more importantly what was not. such as no coffee in the morning/ instead you had to go into the bar/dining facility and pay for a cup of coffee/ did not inform that after a certain hour the front door was locked and a key card was necessary. overall ok but not great communication"

"The hotel was disgusted. It has not been updated in decades, wallpaper, hang off, taped up with tape plaster on the wall the rooms I would never step barefoot on the rugs stains on the rugs crayon markings all over the wall, black mold in the bathroom, the door of the room was stripped. "
