"The room is so small you can’t put a small suitcase on the floor and there’s nowhere to lock a suitcase away given the lack of room for one in the rooms, there’s kitchen equipment and washing up liquids etc but no drying rack, tea towel or a sink plug. The rooms were very cold and we had to leave a heater on full for 24 hours to get the room warm to come in too. "this place was clean and nice location. the problem is nobody was there that worked there. all by phone or email. the guests slept anywhere they wanted not in assigned beds. owners watched through security cameras. "

"Everything was good, the only suggestion I would give it’s to put charges closer to the beds. The only 2 by the kitchen for everyone to use."

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."
