"The Grand Vista hotel is definitely the place to stay - the cleanliness is top-notch and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are neat and tidy, and overall, the hotel is excellent. I think everyone should give it a try. My only suggestion would be to add breakfast 🍳 to their amenities, but other than that, it's a great hotel 🏨 😉"

"No telltale is actually pretty nice to stay at. The main thing that I liked about it was the 24-hour gym access. That was directly across from the pool which was pretty cool and different from others. The main thing about the property that I like was the breakfast Hall. It was towards the back of the hotel. It had its own Hall so you forgot that you were actually at a hotel sometimes or majority of the time it felt like you were at an actual restaurant but a buffet. Just about every table along the walls had its own individual 24-in screen TV I want to say which was actually cool to sit down and to breakfast and be able to watch the news or whatever we felt like.. it was like a breakfast lounge all in its own. It was different from the other hotels I've been to. Because they usually serve breakfast. In or next to the front and desk or up front somewhere near the office. And they also had so much to choose from."

"I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter. "

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"This was a cozy, clean and a perfect place for our two week stay in Simi Valley! The bedroom is nice size with a comfortable bed, the bathroom very nice, and we loved the fireplace in the kitchen and living area. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to CA to see our relatives! "
