Near HWY 223 and M-52 This cozy home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The living area has a dinning room table for 4 and a sofa with a pull out queen size bed. Also included is a Smart TV with basic cable. The bathroom is furnished with towels and washcloths. The kitchen includes plates, cups, utensils, and pots for cooking. The whole house is yours! A private bedroom and a common area with a pull out couch and sofa. There is also a back yard for the kids to run around. The driveway is shared with a neighbor, but there is plenty of room to park behind the house where you will enter. We will not be there when you check in but try to quickly respond to messages. We’ll be happy to come by if there are any needs. This cute little home is close to all of the Adrian shops. Walmart, Meijer, Marshall’s and a bunch of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. A neighborhood playground is just at the end of the block and The Spotted Cow and a cute little mini golf is within walking distance.
