There are two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and the other large room has a king size bed with plenty of room to spare. Each bedroom has a window AC unit. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The spacious bathroom includes towels, washcloths, and washer and dryer. Living area is spacious and has a Smart TV. Convenient to downtown. Beds were comfortable and furnishings good. Large bathroom with laundry. Everything was clean and in good condition. Good supply of towels and such. (Hosts can't control that) They leave the porch light on so you can identify the house numbers, just slow down as you approach so you can read them. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise, and that is a thing, but turning on the AC unit (just on fan) drowned things out in the smaller bedroom just fine (I didn't use the front room) It is an old house, and I could hear sounds from the people downstairs, but not distinct voices, just the sounds of the kids playing :) I was attending a woodworking class so having a washer and dryer was GREAT! There was apparently a bit of confusion on my checkout, since the cleaner(?) Host(?) came in at 7:30 am and I was not yet ready, but she was very gracious. Difficult to find at first, because the picture in Maps looks like the house next door. Plenty of parking even with the downstairs tenants & neighbors sharing the driveway. Lots of stairs, so we got some good exercise going in and out as often as we did. It was a little warm at times, but we visited during some record-breaking warm & muggy days. Kitchen chairs around the island swivel & the seats were not attached to the base. Those were my biggest issues with the place, since it was hot and the chairs weren’t really safe, for a 5 year old or any adult for that matter. It was easy to check in to the apartment using messaging. We had plenty of room for our family, but as far as furniture is concerned, it could use some help to be a little more “cozy”. Couch wasn’t that comfortable and no other living room seating. We donated a few kitchen & bathroom items to help make it more like home. All in all, it was a decent location for visiting where my family lives and it was a fair price. It was my first HomeAway experience and it was way better than staying in a hotel. If it remains at the same price range, I would definitely stay there again for the ease, space, and convenience. ##### Michael J.
