For a studio space, the unit had everything we needed for our short stay. We benefited most from the cooktop and making our own meals. If you’re temperature sensitive, it may be challenging with no AC during the summer and no bug screens on the main windows. There is a fan within the room for some comfort. Lastly, the laundry room is shared with the entire building and one tenant next to the room was not so friendly on us using the machine (even though we were totally entitled to). She confronted us several times and questioned our stay.
