My 'booked' room level was unavailable so I was upgraded. Awesome!! I was only there for 1 night and arrived late -- BUT, the front desk staff was wonderful (reminding me the kitchen would close soon; very helpful), where to park, etc. Walked into a lovely suite!! 2 fireplaces (it was hot, I didn't even light them), a kitchen, separate living area and bedroom. Windows open slightly, no A/C but ceiling fans and it's at altitude so all good! I'd go back in a second and will!
