"Very clean and convenient stay. Common area in foyer had a pool table, bar, cafe and restaurant. Colouring in for the kids. Buffet breakfast was $35 or cheaper if you prebooked with a good selection. Not enough towels in the room but that was easily sorted out in minutes. Check in and check out was straightforward. Cheaper booking through Wotif than calling hotel directly. Hotel is connected to airport with flight details available on tv in room and in foyer. A nicer place to wait for your...

"Loved the property...the spa was awesome...my only criticism would be the spa is so deep and awesome that becomes bit harder to get in... Maybe a step to get in could make access in and out easier "

"Great relaxing location with well maintained gardens and ground and a great pool. The rooms were large and spacious and the bathroom had a spa tub. Overall this was a very special two day break and highly recommend this hotel. "

"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"Very quiet, comfortable room to recover from long flight. Bathroom superb with heated floor and rainforest shower head, with luxury Australian products supplied. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Little noise from heat pump AC to disturb sleep. Floor to ceiling light-blocking drapes. Kitchen opened at 6 pm and we had well presented light meals delivered to room. "

"The accommodation was very cheap and staff extremely friendly throughout the entire venue. The room was spacious and spayed bathrooms very large and clean. Live music for the Sunday drinks made it heaps of fun. Food was also great in this venue. Highly recommend."
