This is not a 5 star hotel - perhaps 2 star at best needs complete renovation. That said bed clean and pool was good. I paid very little for the room so good value overall. I found all staff pleasant although they forgot my wake up call!

Its very tired property although its in progress of renewal customers should know. For a Ctiy break its ideal but need to be Clean. Corridors were TERRIBLE Toilet was Terrible in my room White towels gone grey.

I have stayed at this property previously and am finding now it seems to be going downhill. The old staff have gone and the new staff don’t seem that friendly. We were however given a suite this time which was value for what we paid but carpets were terribly stained and room not cleaned properly. Breakfast has also gone downhill.
