Personel güler yüzlü olmasada yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel şehir merkezinde Adanadaki bir çok önemli yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Şehir merkezinde olmasından dolayı araç trafik gürültüsü ister istemez odalarda duyuluyor. Kahvaltısı genel olarak iyi. Konaklamamızdan ailecek genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Adana'da güvenle kalınabilecek, temiz, nezih bir otel. Açık büfe kahvaltısı genel yorumların aksine çeşitliydi. Hava sıcaklığı nedeniyle klima kullanımı ihtiyacı doğduğu için caddedeki insan ve araç gürültülerinden pek etkilenmiyorsunuz. 3 günlük tatilimde ihtiyacım olan her bilgiyi bana ileten resepsiyon çalışanlarına da ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

Banyoda klozette eskiden kalma lekeler can sıktı. Bina içerisinde 3 katta odalarımız vardı, (5 oda kaldık toplam) asansöre her biniste kart götürme zorunluluğu çok kötü. Odadaki diğer insanların da karta ihtiyacı var. Klimalar yetersiz. Soğutmuyor. Otelin ortak yerlerinde ve asansörlerde klima yok. Çok sıcak. Kahvaltıda açık bufe seçenekleri zengin, ancak lezzet olarak tartışılır. Omlet kapalı bolmede duruyor ama sıcak değil örneğin.

Ötele girişte hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyonumuzun görülmediği için yaklaşık 15 dk beklememiz oldu . Sorun bir üst yönetici ile çözüldü .Otelin konumu çok iyi . Adana nın merkezinde yoğun bir bölgede yer alıyor . Otelin otopark sorunu bulunmakta . Kendi bünyelerinde otoparkları yok ve vale arkadaşlara ulaşmak biraz sıkıntılı oldu maalesef . Otelin kahvaltısı beklenenin altında , çeşit çok az kahvaltı için ikram edilen simitler sanırım 1-2 günlüktü . Odalar temiz ve ferah . Havalandırması çok iyi ve çalışanlar çok kibar davranıyorlar .

Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen, das Personal war im Restaurant mehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Die Betten waren nicht gemacht ,und den 2.Handtuch bekamen wir immer erst nach Nachfrage. Wahrscheinlich auch dadurch ,da wir zu dritt 2 Zimmer gebucht hatten und sie gar nicht wussten, welche Personen zu zweit und welche als Einzelperson das Zimmer bewohnte. Mehr Einsatz wäre von Vorteil
