I had to wait 45 minutes after check in time because the room wasn’t ready, the room in the picture when booking was twice the size of the room we were given and the refrigerator in the room didn’t work. When brought to the attention of staff I was told there was nothing they could do. The ice machine on the floor didn’t even work so we had warm water to drink in the room. Incredibly disappointed with my stay.
