There were stains on the bedding, towels, and the shower curtain. The toilet constantly ran. There was blood on the wall. The cleaning lady stood behind us breathing heavily, while we waited for the elevator and then didn’t get on. Another time as we were getting off the elevator the cleaning lady raced on before she let us off. We could hear the laundry going from our room. It was all around awkward. For the price we paid, this was absurd!

There was a big stain on the blanket. I wish I could share a picture on here and there was dust all over the walls. Also there was stuff on the bottom of the bed.

The breakfast staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful. My son and I took advantage of the gym and everything worked well and was clean and sanitary. The room is very spacious and well designed for function and comfort.

The front seat people are fantastic, the food at breakfast is great but the man that takes care of it needs an attitude adjustment. He’s the most unfriendly and hateful person that deals with the public that I ever seen. The rooms are so pretty but the mattress is so hard. When we come back to Ada I think we will find a new place to stay. The place was really clean also.

The property had some furniture issues. The desk chair in our room almost fell over backwards and nearly hurt my husband. I did not call the front desk, we just didn't sit in it. The room did seem pretty warm even with the air conditioner on.

the only down side is the free breakfast bar. Food is a bit bland for it, but it is part of the room fee. Maybe a bit more variety would help.

dear guest thank you for your review. However, we haven't had issue with elevator not working neither pool being closed unless it's being cleaned. Not sure what you are referring to regarding leak from ceiling. there seems to be some confusion maybe with diffrent hotel. Please check location again. thank you.

I was disappointed that there were no comfortable chairs in the room...there was a chair at the desk that made you feel like you were going to fall backwards, and the "comfortable" chair in the corner was not designed for sitting very long. And the bed was too high to comfortable sit on, or even get into. I think it was designed for a man over six foot tall...at 74 years of age, it was very difficult for me to get up on the bed, and then try to get comfortable sitting up. I had hoped for a more relaxing weekend.

The description of the property says they have pillow top mattresses, which was very deceptive because there was NOTHING soft about it. It was one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on. Very disappointing.

The green lights on the side of building seem to attract quite a bit of grasshoppers. If you step outside at night for a quick smoke, they will start to jump on you. Not much to do about it, considering you need lights for safety reasons. Maybe light posts away from the building would help? Continental breakfast was cold but there was a microwave in the room. Aside from these minor issues the stay was awesome! Easy check-in, friendly staff, and a great nights sleep.

First, you need to know, this motel with reserve a minimum of a hundred dollars or more a night on your credit card for incidentals. Nothing works in the room or hotel, ie vending machines, the clothes iron, hair dryer, toilet stopped up. Pick another hotel. Horrible horrible stay

The staff were great. It was very clean other than a musky moldy smell in the room. Breakfast was great and the lobby coffee was awesome. We'd definitely stay there again. Madison at the front desk was amazing in all areas.

I didnt like one of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and there were blowers in the hall drying the carpet from what I would guess was a water damage. Other than that we loved our stay.
