Morgens grüssen die Spatzen, tagsüber fliegen die Schwalben und nachts tanzen die Fledermäuse um das Haus. Im Hintergrund ist immer der rauschende Brenner zu hören. Die Lage ist optimal für kulturelle Unternehmungen oder für kleine und grössere Wanderungen oder auch nur ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Ein neuen Anstrich der Wände und die Beseitigung der Feuchtigkeit besonders im Bad wäre wirklich nötig. Das Mobiliar, besonders die Tische und Stühle könnte mal nach 18 Jahre Vermietung wieder einmal erneuern. Den Tv Empfang war auch nicht vom neuesten Stand…Die Wohnung haben wir dankend sehr sauber übernommen.
