The room was extremely clean and even smelled really good. Each day the room service would ask if we needed anything, they were extremely nice. It does get a little noisy bc of the bars nearby but nothing crazy and easy to block out when sleeping

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

We stayed here during the World Cup, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The staff provided outstanding service from check-in to check-out and truly made us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were excellent, everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the Zócalo was just minutes away. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!
