The space

Guest access
You will have the entire flat to yourself from the time the key is handed to you till you check out.
Other things to note
1. Any person that spends the night in the flat is considered a guest, please state the accurate number of guest while booking. The Apt is for 2Guests

2. No Events and Smoking inside the apts (if you default ITS IMMEDIATE CHECK OUT & N50,000 fine).

3. Essentials (tissue & soap) are NOT provided.

4. Check in Time 2:00pm & Checkout Time 11:00am. Please Early check in BEFORE 2pm is N1500/hr if you need it notify us to confirm availability, and late check out after 11am till 2pm is N1500/hr, BEYOND 2pm is full day rate.

5. Stable Electricity Supply Plus 24hour Inverter (you will use fans during inverter/Gen time.

6. Inverter picks automatic once state power goes off. Generator Time 6pm till 8am weekdays and 24hrs weekends and holidays.

7. Call for Free Cleaning (7am to 4pm monday - friday) Change of sheet is ONCE Per week (if you need it before the 7th day from your arrival date its N1000)

8. Please Switch off all lights, Acs and water heater (except the Refrigerator) any time you are leaving the Flat. If we notice any of these are on the whole flat will be tripped off till you return.

9. This is a home please use it as yours. kindly let us know of any damages e.g broken plates, glasses, faucets, spillage on the walls etc during your stay.

10. Laundry is on request for a charge.
