"Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Food was good and cultural activities were well arranged. Overall un- satisfactory stay!"

"When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you "

Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "
