A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home. \- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied. \- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine. \- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. \- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period.
