Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. \- No parties or events. \- No fireworks of any kind. \- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. \- Please no food or drinks on the bed. \- Use all community amenities at your own risk. \- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine. \- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. \- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period.
