Ground floor: large living room with a 3.50 m (10 ft) table, lounge area with a 160 cm (63 in) TV on an articulated arm, and a non-functional fireplace.
Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 6-burner gas hob, food processor). Separate bedroom with a glass roof, a 160x200 cm (63x7 in) bed, and a shower. A second living room/library area. A shower room (120x100 cm / 43x6 in) and a toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and sink, bedroom with four 90x200cm single beds (which can be joined to make two 180x200cm double beds), bedroom with three single beds (two of which can be joined to make one double bed). Bathroom with a double walk-in shower (1.80x1.20m), bathtub, and toilet.
Washing machine and dryer. WiFi (fiber optic). Located in the town center, on the main road, and 2 minutes from the A21 motorway, 3 km from Somain train station (towards Lille). Shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, post office, Carrefour Market, chip shop). Deli on the corner!
