The location is very convenient, right in the heart of downtown. However, the property is in need of a serious revamp as it is clearly showing its age. Housekeeping is only done every three days, which is unusual for a hotel stay. We had to ask for fresh towels, as well as additional coffee and tea, since the supplies provided were minimal. The same goes for toiletries—nothing was initially provided, and the shampoo dispenser didn’t work. We eventually noticed a supply cart in the corridor with other complimentary toiletries, but we had to call and specifically request them.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the outdated condition of the property and lack of basic amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Beautiful clean modern rooms. Great view from the room. Located right downtown - can walk to all downtown attractions. Front desk staff were very helpful.
