145m² renovated traditional chalet / farmhouse (+ 21m² veranda) on 2 levels, located next to the owners' chalet. Nice warm atmosphere, mountain view. Raised ground floor: large entrance hall, integrated kitchen open to the living room (TV with Wii console), access to the south-east balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm). Shower room / wc. Garden level (lower part of the chalet): bedroom (2 bunk beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm + 1 trundle bed 80cm), bedroom 3 adjoining bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x200cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm) , bedroom 5 (1 bed 160x200cm). bathroom with shower and bathtub (+ washing machine). Separate WC. Baby foot. Access to the veranda (unheated) with a large garden furniture. Access by a few steps to the terrace and to the garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis table, fountain). Private parking. Common court. bathroom and bed linen rental. Wifi internet access. Ski: Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 3.5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 4.5km, Chatel 9km. Ski / toboggan play area in Abondance. Chatel Forme d'O Aquatic Center 9.5 km away. Great place to stay. Nicely remodeled old farm house. Wish we had planned to stay longer. The views were phenomenal and the sound of the river at night was so relaxing. There were a few ants in the rooms on the second night but we did have 6 children in the house so they were probably trying to find something sticky.
Nous avons apprécié l'espace disponible pour un groupe de 12, nombreuses chambres, dont une utilisée comme petit dortoir pour les enfants. Aussi, un espace pour jouer isolé des oreilles des adultes. A quelques minutes des petites stations d'Abondance et la Chapelle, ou encore 15/20mn des portes du soleil !
Super endroit pour notre séminaire d'entreprise, très convivial et pratique. La propreté des lieux était un vrai ! Merci au propriétaires pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Très agréable weekend entre amis (5 adultes et 7 enfants). Gîte conforme à la description et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié la pièce de vie et les 7 enfants ont pu se rassembler dans une chambre commune (2 chambres attenantes). La proximité des propriétaires et leur disponibilité a permis de répondre à nos besoins de dernière minutes.
La situation du gîte est idéal pour des randonnées accessibles aux plus petits.
Nous avons passé un week-end dans le logement à 12 adultes et avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement spacieux, pratique, convivial ! Nombreux divertissements (babyfoot, jeux sociétés, console de jeux…) et cuisine bien équipée. Nous recommandons ce logement, proche des Portes du Soleil.

Grande ferme rénovée type chalet confortable, bien équipée et propre. Bon accueil propriétaire très sympathique. Grande et belle pièce à vivre ambiance chaleureuse, plusieurs chambres en rez de chaussée partie nuit au calme. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis. à recommander !
Agréable séjour, le gîte est spacieux, très joli, très bien équipé, très convivial. Tout est pensé pour que toutes personnes se sentent à l'aise. Le gîte est bien situé, beaucoup de randonnées à proximité. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles, l'accueil a été très agréable, Il est certain que notre groupe reviendra dans ce gîte, pour passer encore d'autres bons moments. Nous nous sommes régalés des beaux paysages d'abondance. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur amabilité, ça fait plaisir. Nous recommandons, chaleureusement, ce gîte.
