An acceptable base to perate from, but cold.
Cold on arrival and given an extra blanket. It was okay as a base to operate from for work. Heating did improve.

Nice big room. Comfy bed. Easily accessable at night. Shower head could do with upgrading.

Review
I do not know why they call it bed and breakfast if they do not offer breakfast. The shower and wc out of the room on the area of less than 1m2 altogether. Though the bedroom was very cozy and clean, but cold. Nobody answered the door bell when we arrived and also phone calls, so we were quite frustrated and tried to contact somebody through the hotels.com

I am sorry that the door was not answered.. I have a constant battle with Expedia trying to establish the time of arrival of guests. Although I endeavour to make contact with guests in advance by text, phone or email inevitably none of the numbers they give me work.. It happens with all guests and is very frustrating for me too! There must be a problem with their software which I have flagged up with them several times.. It also should be very clear when booking that breakfast is not included so I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Once again I have had many conversations with them about this and will try again to make it clearer. I could have turned on the heating if I had known that you were cold so apologies for this too. Thank you for coming anyway.
