"Desk clerk said the baggage cart was being used when we checked in. When we checked out found both of them in side room by ice maker with a wheel broken off, so he lied to me. Toilet flapper did not seal correctly, so the toilet ran every 3-4 minutes. The breakfast was a farce, no knifes or forks, ..."
