What a find. Ideal base for exploring a beautiful part of Scotland. Cycling in Glen Lyon was magical. The cottage was the best we have stayed in with the huge bed really comfortable. My partner and I stayed for a few nights to escape the city, and it couldn’t have been better.Check-in was simple and stress-free, and the cottage itself was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed — comfortable and clearly well cared for.The surrounding area is stunning. Fortingall is peaceful and full of character, with amazing walks right from the doorstep. On our host’s recommendation, we visited the Hot Box Spa in nearby Kenmore — set right on Loch Tay, it was a beautifully relaxing way to spend an afternoon.If you’re after a quiet, scenic break in a really special part of Scotland, this place is hard to beat.
